"The Spooner": Patella Stabilizing Strapping System (K199) is a product designed to assist with patella-femoral (kneecap joint) tracking issues that can occur when wearing a rigid knee brace. When wearing a rigid brace following knee ligament injury or surgery, it is common to have soreness around the kneecap due to mal-tracking. The K199 was designed to work with any brand of rigid bracing. Whether strapped to the brace or directly to the skin, the K199 is an excellent product to promote alignment and prevent soreness around the kneecap. 

"The Spooner": Patella Stabilizing Strapping System can also be worn as a stand alone product without the use of a functional brace.

It is for use with any custom, non-custom, or unloader functional knee brace. It easily allows for retrofitting to rigid braces on the market today without having to modify any parts. The velcro-compatible lycra finish allows for easy custom fit adjustment, and the alligator tabs allow for strap length adjustments for proper fitting. The use of this strapping system also helps eliminate migration, or sliding down, of the functional brace. 

INDICATIONS:

• Controls medial patella Meniscus Ligament (MPML) and Medial Femoral Ligament (MPFL)
• Assures proper alignment while wearing most rigid functional braces (rigid brace not included)

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
• NO chlorine bleach.
• Air dry.
• Do NOT put in dryer.
