The Osgood Schlatter Support brace (K18) is a high-quality knee brace that is designed to provide support and relief for individuals suffering from Osgood-Schlatter disease.
This brace is also an excellent choice for individuals with other patellar tendinopathies or patella chondromalacia.
BENEFITS:
The Osgood Schlatter Support brace features a 1/4” V-shaped, shock absorbing pad to protect the tibial tuberosity. The tibial tuberosity is the bony prominence just under the kneecap, which is a common area of pain and injury in Osgood-Schlatter disease and other patellar tendinopathies. The lower strap goes over the tibial tuberosity and can be tightened to apply additional pressure and provide pain relief in the area.
Both the front and the back of the brace feature a closed design for added compression, support, and protection around the knee joint.
The brace is made of 1/8” nylon with two-sided neoprene. This provides warmth and compression around the knee.
